It is not that long ago that her colleagues in
the Scottish parliament, in relation to the Named Persons Act, a piece of legislation
that would not have been out of place in North Korea, were seeking to ignore a
ruling from the Supreme Court when it ruled that the information sharing
involved in the scheme breached the European Convention on Human Rights.
So would she have similarly gone to court to
see Mr Swinney going to the Big Hoose, aka the Bar-L, aka Barlinnie Prison for
refusing to implement the Supreme Court ruling?
Thought not.
